We LOVE to stay at BW in North Myrtle Beach! Ocean front! Big rooms! Clean Rooms! Nice Staff! Great breakfast! My husband and I had another great stay at this Best Western. The price is affordable. The staff are very nice. The rooms are big and clean. We love the oceanfront, and I love the balcony! We stay in the main building on the top floor, 4th. I'm not a breakfast person, but I went down two mornings and got breakfast to take back to the room. It was really good! I had sausage patties and a western omelet! We had a problem with our mattress. We talked with the staff the next morning, and in less than one hour, we had a brand new Seally mattress!! Talk about customer service! All the staff were super nice and helpful. We enjoyed talking with Janie, who has been there for 40 years! Our check-in and check-out went smoothly. Thank you, Michelle and Tammy! We plan on seeing y'all next year!!

Awesome!! Be sure to visit the tiki bar! Shelly was the friendliest bartender ever and made some fabulous drinks! Really enjoyed our trip!! Perfect full breakfast, oceanfront suite. Within walking distance of some great restaurants. We will be back soon!!

Vacation in paradise! This is our 6th time here! We come every year! We love it here because the staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, we love all of the updates! The breakfast is delicious and the tiki bar is amazing!! We love to visit Shelly and the drinks are very good. The ocean is so close and we feel very relaxed when we are here! Thank you for the great vacation!

Great time at The Tiki Bar and Best Western After a long drive from Northwest Ohio, it was time to have a drink at The Tiki Bar at Best Western on the beach. Shelly was more than glad to help us with choice of drinks. What an awesome job she did. Very great personality and made everyone around feel the welcome. Great job Shelly!!

Weekend trip The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was absolutely amazing! Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. They have an awesome tiki bar by the pool and the bartender was so friendly and amazing! It was a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend spent with my mama for her birthday!

The hotel breakfast is always tasty. You can't beat the ocean view. We would enjoy returning to the Ocean Sands many more times.

Awesome place This is my 7th year coming fo this resort! It is very nice . The staff is outstanding! The rooms are very clean and updated. My favorite part of staying here is the breakfast and the friendly staff. Kirsten and Shelly at the tiki bar are wonderful! The view is absolutely amazing. Earl at night is very helpful and my boyfriend really likes him. Thank you for the awesome place!

Great stay at the Ocean Sands We stayed at the Ocean Sands for the first time and really enjoyed our time there. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was great. We reserved a king bed room and were upgraded to a larger room. It was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was a little confusing on the first day but we got it figured out after that and always were able to park close to our room. We will definitely stay again.

Tiki Bar a Hit Great Little Getaway, my wife and I had been once last year and we decided to head back again this year, Staff was professional and helpful. The Tike bar is what we love. Great view and great local info. Shelly was great bartender and very helpful.

Ocean Sands in October 2024 If you are looking for a beach front hotel in North Myrtle Beach, consider Ocean Sands. They are an older hotel, the hallways look dated, but the rooms are up to date.The value for the dollar is excellent.Everyone on the staff are polite and friendly. The buffet breakfast is better than a continental type, and the main course is different every day. The Tiki Barby the main pool and Lazy River is very nice. The bartenders, Kirsten and Shelly, are wonderful, attentive and friendly . They are a great source of information if you need suggestions on what restaurants to go to in North Myrtle Beach.

Great time with Shelly at the bar I had a wonderful experience here at the Best Western. Was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful breakfast every morning with great coffee. And every evening me and the rest of my party would come down to the pool side bar and we met a fantastic bartender Shelly. She was very polite and and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!

Relaxation and fun while on business! I had a great time! This place made my work trip very relaxing and enjoyable. Shelly the bartender was absolutely wonderful, nice, and great to talk to. It seems like we had the best view of the whole beach as well! I would definitely pick here for future jobs in the area!

Sun and fun at Best Western crescent beach North Myrtle beach The rooms were excellent and the view was beautiful. Very hospitable house keeping and very polite! Breakfast was very good and portions were generous. Beach was awesome and quiet. The little poolside tiki bar was so cool! And our bartender Shelley was the best. Definitely coming back here soon!!!

Great Place to Stay This is the second time we stayed at BW Ocean Sands. We received a warm welcome and were thanked for being a returned guest. Our 1 bedroom oceanfront suite was wonderful. It was extremely clean and welcoming. Our housekeeper was very efficient and thoughtful. We will definitely be back again.

Love staying here! We love staying here. The views are outstanding! Love Kirsten and Shelly at the Tlki bar. They are like family. We love them and will stay here every time we come down mainly because of them! The rooms have always been nice. The breakfasts have always been good. Stay here!
